    WHY JOIN US?

The Craft Distilling movement is exploding across America. By joining and supporting the Alabama Distiller's Guild you will be part of a new and exciting industry in Alabama. An industry by and for Alabamians.

    BE A PART OF HISTORY

Support Alabama's legal distilling revitalization. Alabama has a rich history in legal distilling. Did you know prior to prohibition Motlow Distilling of Birmingham was headquarters for a popular brand called

    "Jack Daniels No.7".

    CHOICE

Craft Distilling offers Alabamian's the choice of new and exciting spirits.

As Craft Distillers we are nimble enough to push the envelop of traditional spirit making.

Alabama distilleries will produce spirits that excite your spirit and palate alike. Help us make spirits for your spirit.

The Alabama Craft Distillers Association is here to support Alabama distillers through industry education, legislative improvements, and overall promotion of the Alabama distilled spirits industry.  We are doing things a bit differently.  Instead of forming a separate organization, the Alabama Brewers Guild has agreed to "host" our Alabama distilleries under its organization.  For now, the plan is to keep the corporate name simply as "Alabama Brewers Guild" with the goal of moving toward a "brewers and distillers" model.
