Each week our resident mixologists craft a delicious cocktail. They are amazing drinks our tasting room customers get to enjoy. We thought it would be good to share a few of these amazing creations for you to enjoy at home.

John's Alabama Single Malt Whiskey
Whiskey Sour
1.5 oz. John's Single Malt Whiskey.
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup.
1.5 oz. Lemon Juice.
Add ice and stir.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Jed's Purveyors Double Oak Bourbon

Jed's Bourbon Smash
1.5 oz. Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey.
1.5 oz. Lemon Juice.
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup.
2 to 3 tsp seasonal fresh fruit.
Muddle all in a mixing glass.
Add ice, shake, and serve.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Jed's Golden Cherry
1.5 oz. Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey.
1.0 oz. Lemon Juice.
1.0 oz. Honey Simple Syrup.
Add ice and shake all in a mixing glass.
Top with Ginger Ale
Garnish with a cherry
The Iron Lady
1.5 oz. Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey.
1.0 oz. Cold Brew Coffee.
1,0 oz. Whole Milk.
0.5 oz. Salted Caramel Simple Syrup.
Add ice and shake all in a mixing glass.
Garnish with Nutmeg.
Jed's Purveyors Double Wood Rye Whiskey
Rose and Rye
1.5 oz. Double Wood Rye Whiskey.
0.75 oz. Rose Simple Syrup.
0.75 oz. Lemon juice.
2 drops of Jed's Satsuma Orange Bitters.
Add ice and shake all in a mixing glass.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
Miss American Rye
1.5 oz. Double Wood Rye Whiskey.
1,5 oz. Cranberry juice.
1.5 oz. Apple juice.
Add ice and shake all in a mixing glass.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with an Apple slice.
Summer Slide
1.5 oz. Double Wood Rye Whiskey.
0,5 oz. Lemon juice.
0.5 oz. Honey Simple Syrup.
Muddle with two slices of Cucumber and two spoons of Strawberries.
Shake all with ice in a mixing glass and pour into a glass.
Top off with equal parts Lemonade and Soda water.
Garnish with a basil leaf.
Sarah's Silver Rum
Silver Rum
Summer Sunset
1.5 oz. Sarah's Silver Rum.
1.0 oz. Hibiscus Simple.
0.5 oz. Lime Juice.
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice.
Mix and serve over ice.
Garnish with a Lime.
Gene's Spiced Rum
Porch Swing
1.5 oz. Gene's Spiced Rum.
Fill Collins glass with ice.
Top off glass with Lemonade.
Garnish with a basil leaf.
Coconut Cafe
1.5 oz. Gene's Spiced Rum.
0.5 oz. Coconut Simple Syrup.
0.75 oz. Cold Brew Coffee.
Add with ice.
Top off with your choice of Coconut, Almond or Whole Milk.
Garnish with a Cherry.
Spiced Rum
Spurgeon's Barrel Aged Rum

Classic Daiquiri
1.5 oz. Spurgeon's Barrel Aged Rum.
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup.
Add all with ice in a mixing glass and shake.
Serve either over ice or neat in a chilled glass.
Garnish with a Lime.
Hugh Wesley's Gin
Gin
Laid Back
1.5 oz. Hugh Wesley's Gin
Three dashes of Aromatic Bitters.
0.5 oz. Lime Juice.
Add all to a Collins glass and stir.
Fill glass with ice.
Top off with equal parts of Grapefruit Juice and Ginger Ale.
Stir and garnish with a Lime wedge and mint.
Bee's Knees
1.5 oz. Hugh Wesley's Gin
4 Mint leaves torn to release their flavor.
2 Slices of lemon.
Muddle all together in a shaker..
Add 1.5 oz. of lime Juice, 1.5 oz. Honey Simple Syrup and ice to the shaker.
Shake well.
Pour entire shaker into a glass.
The Elenor
1.5 oz. Hugh Wesley's Gin
0.5 oz. Elderflower Simple Syrup.
1.5 oz. Lime Juice.
3 thin cut Cucumber slices.
Muddle all together in a shaker..
Strain into a small Coupe glass..
Garnish with a Cucumber slice.
Hugh Wesley's Barrel Rested Gin

The Zelda
1.5 oz. Hugh Wesley's Barrel Rested Gin.
1.5 oz. Lemon Juice.
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup.
3 dashes of Aromatic Bitters.
.75 oz. Egg Whites.
Shake all together in a shaker for 15 seconds without ice.
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a Martini glass.
Bruise a Basil Leaf to release aroma and use as a garnish.
Leslie's Alabama Muscadine Brandy
Brandy
Brandy Alexander
1.5 oz. Leslie's Muscadine Brandy
1.0 oz. Chocolate Syrup.
1.0 oz. Milk.
Combine in shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a Coupe glass.
Garnish with ground Nutmeg.
The Mercy Me
1.5 oz. Leslie's Muscadine Brandy
1.0 oz. Orange Liqueur.
1.0 oz. Grapefruit Juice.
A splash of Lemon Juice.
2 drops of Jed Satsuma Orange Bitters.
0.5 Egg Whites.
Combine in shaker with ice and shake.
Stain into a Coupe Glass.
Garnish with and Orange wheel.
Elizabeth Vodka
Vodka
Strawberry Blonde
1.5 oz. Elizabeth Vodka.
.25 oz. Lemon Juice.
1 Large spoon full of Strawberries.
2 dashes of Jed Satsuma Orange Bitters.
Muddle together in a Collins Glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Top off with equal parts Lemonade and Sprite.
Garnish with a Lemon slice.
The Blackberry Summer
1.5 oz. Elizabeth Vodka.
0.5 oz. Blackberry Simple Syrup.
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice.
2 drops of Jed Satsuma Orange Bitters.
Muddle all with a Lemon slice in a Collins glass.
Fill Collins glass with ice and top with Lemonade and stir.
​Garnish with a Lemon slice.
The Sweet Heart
1.5 oz. Elizabeth Vodka.
0.5 oz. Jalapeno Simple Syrup.
0.5 Lime Juice.
Add all to Collins glass and fill with ice.
Top off with Pineapple Juice and a splash of Ginger Ale.
Garnish with an Orange slice.
(If you want the drink to be hotter. muddle a fresh Jalapeno in the Collins glass before adding ice.)
Casa Esmeralda
Agava
Margarita
1.5 oz. Casa Esmeralda Agave Spirit.
1.5 oz. Lime Juice.
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup.
.75 oz. Orange Juice.
Add to shaker, add ice and shake well.
Strain into a Coupe glass rimmed with salt or over fresh ice in a salt rimmed Rocks glass.
​Garnish with a Lime slice.
Paloma
1.5 oz. Casa Esmeralda Agave Spirit.
0.5 oz. Lime Juice.
Add all and fill a Collins glass with ice.
Top off with equal parts Grapefruit Juice and Soda Water.
​Garnish with a Lime slice.
